Exactly one year ago, on May 14, Azerbaijan celebrated a magnificent victory in the Eurovision Song Contest in Dusseldorf. On that day representatives of Azerbaijan Ell & Nikki took the first place at Esprit arena for their wonderful song "Running Scared". Today the first anniversary of the victory is celebrated in the beautiful capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, together with 42 countries in the cozy Eurovision family circle.

Speaking to eurovision.az, Ell & Nikki shared the excitement and emotions they had on that memorable day. These emotions brought them the victory on May 14. Today, as a result, Azerbaijan is hosting the 57th Eurovision Song Contest.
